Refund and Returns Policy

At Kumrat Herbal (SMC-Private) Limited, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used herbal medicines and supplements
- Products without original packaging
- Promotional or discounted items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at the email provided below.
